Tourist load is 3 out of 5: hotels have opened, prices are not yet summer prices, and there are no queues. This is the best month for a scouting trip if you are looking at property: agencies are working, the roads are clear, and you see what a house looks like without the summer light that hides damp. In April Palma lives its own life rather than serving visitors.
