What we are useful for
An error in the data is the most valuable letter we can get: name the town, the field and the source, and we will check. A question about method: why a town has that winter rating, what basis a price rests on, where a figure came from. A suggestion for a place missing from the base. And a request to be put in touch with a partner — a lawyer or an agency.
What we will not answer
Legal, tax and medical questions: whether a particular visa fits you, how to compute a tax, what to write on a form. This is not caution but law: such answers come from an attorney or gestor who takes responsibility for them. We will introduce you to a partner, but we will not advise in their place.
