Nature of the information
Everything on this site is information, not legal, tax or medical advice. Figures come from primary sources and each carries a verification date, yet before filing documents or closing a deal they must be checked again: thresholds, deadlines and requirements change without notice, and responsibility for a decision stays with whoever makes it.
What we do not do
The project provides no reserved services: we do not file documents on a client's behalf, do not represent them before public authorities and do not run their case. A partner does — an attorney or a gestor administrativo, with whom the client contracts directly. We inform and coordinate.
Rights in the materials
Texts, the structure of the database and the calculations belong to the site owner. Photographs belong to their authors and are used under licences permitting commercial use; author and original link are shown with every image. Data from public sources remains the data of those sources, with links on the pages where it is used.
Links to other sites
We link to government portals, publications and partner sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices: we neither control them nor can answer for changes made by others.
Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies to relations arising from the use of this site. Disputes are heard by the courts at the owner's place of business, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
