Terms of sale
This describes what exactly you buy, how it is delivered and when we refund.
Seller

Founder consultations are sold as bookings for a specific time; price and scope are on the services page. Prices include VAT.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered as a link with a private key or as a file right after payment. The link is personal: it may not be shared or published; we may revoke a key that is being distributed.
Withdrawal and refunds
Under EU law a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately this right ends when delivery begins — you give explicit consent to that at checkout. Beyond the law we promise: if a personal report or shortlist did not help you, write within 14 days and we refund, no questions asked.
A consultation can be cancelled before it starts: 24 hours ahead or earlier — full refund; later — rebooking to another time.
What this is not
Complaints
Write to gruzoweek@gmail.com: we answer within five working days. Governing law is Spanish; consumer disputes are heard at the consumer's place of residence.
