June starts the heat, and here it is dry and strong. Granada sits in a valley with no sea nearby, and without the evening breeze that rescues the coast. Summer is the best time to look for a flat, though: the students have gone, places stand empty and competition is minimal. A one-bedroom rents at €605, a two-bedroom at €880 — below any large city on the shore. In autumn the same flats go within a week.
